SST MERDEKA DAY CELEBRATIONS & ENTRY INTO MALAYSIA BOOK OF RECORDS
30 AUGUST 2017
Congratulations to Sekolah Sri Tenby, Setia Eco Park for making its name into the Malaysia Book of Records for the “Most Number of Traditional Games Carnival”.
60 traditional games were played by students, staff and parents today in conjunction with the 60th celebration of Malaysian Independence Day tomorrow.
The school is extremely honoured to welcome Her Royal Highness, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tengku Permaisuri Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin to grace the special occasion along with Dato' Lim Si Boon, Mr Ian Temple and Mdm Lee Pooi Leng.
A big round of applause to Puan Saw, Puan Tsai, staff, students and parents who helped to make this event a big success today.
Happy 60th Merdeka to all Malaysians.

SST FAMILY GAMES 2017

A fun action-packed event to foster bonding amongst students, teachers and parents. This event was organised by our Form 4 students. Games included Nerf Gun Challenge, Life Doll, Bob the Builder, Bumble Gum, etc.

TENBY EARTH DAY NATURE HIKE
22 APRIL 2017
The Earth Day Nature Hike was held on 22 April 2017. This event was organised by SST Parents' Association and was opened to SST students, parents, staff and teachers plus their immediate family members. This was a good opportunity for the family to spend some quality time getting healthy together, while enjoying the beauty of the Setia Alam hiking trail. We had winners walking away with eco-prize hampers from a photo contest with the most creative photo-shots taken on that day. Despite the early morning downpour, it did not dampen our spirit and energy!

TENBY SPRING CHARITY CARNIVAL 2017
25 MARCH 2017
Our annual Spring Charity Carnival turned out to be yet another whooping success! This event was organised by our senior students, led by Tenby Sixth Form students. Our major venues were packed with food stalls operated by students and parents and invited food truck operators. In addition there were also many games stalls where the children had so much fun. This was all set up to raise funds for charity. The day ended with a Kings of Rock competition.

TENBY BIODIVERSITY RESOURCE GARDEN - Official Opening

After 6 years of untiring and diligent efforts, the 1000 species Tenby Biodiversity Resource Garden was officially opened on 29th November, 2016. The said Garden is an integral part of Tenby ECO school Programmes.
In conjunction with the official opening, a "Biodiversity Resource Garden Explorer" competition was held, and trees were planted by committee members of TIS and SST Parents' Associations; and distinguished guests from The Malaysian Rubber Board.

This event is a school event but many parents volunteered their time to decorate the classrooms. The parents also organised the Global Food Hall which featured food from different countries. SST PA organised a photo competition which was well received.

This is a school event. Parents were also invited to come to school dressed in the spirit of Malaysia Day. Many were eagerly waited for the parade to start and thoroughly enjoyed watching their children walk by.
